Incredible debut LP by Don Howland’s post-Gibson Brothers roll into the sick, distended gut of the blues. It begins with a Furry Lewis cover and ends with an Alan Vega one. You really need to know more? Okay. It was later reissued on CD by John Fahey’s Revenant label. The highest compliment there is.
