Comparing 1980 reissue with original pressing indicated here, both have matrix very similiar.
I think that maybe the original one have "Weeney" Matrix.

According to Amazon, a new version of Bela Lugosi's Dead is being released on November 23, 2018. It is called The Bela Sessions, and contains other tracks recorded at that time. Hopefully a Discogs description will be posted soon?

I have a jacket that I can't seem to identify the pressing for (it came with the wrong record inside). It's thick with a blank spine, has no flap at the top or bottom of the reverse side, and does not have any text on the back. I have checked every 12" listed here and none seem to match. Any ideas, anyone?

OMG... only reviews about formats, pressings, colours and possible counterfeit here, but not a single one about the *content*...???

"Bela Lugosi's Dead" was the one record that ended a decade (the 1970s) and started another (the 1980s).
"Bela Lugosi's Dead" was the only recording I know that has the ability of cracks and noise caused by surface damage to become part of the composition, as such allowing the composition to "grow" every time you listen to it.
"Bela Lugosi's Dead" was the first composition that was tailor-made for the twelve inch format; neither can it be edited down reasonably to a single, nor can it fit between other songs into an album.

How much time does it take to enjoy "Bela Lugosi's Dead"? Ten minutes. That is 13 seconds to find the record, grab it, unsleeve it and put a needle to it; 9:37 for the composition itself and 10 seconds to complete the run-out groove and/or the return of the stylus.
How much time did the band need to compose "Bela Lugosi's Dead"? Ten minutes.
How much time of your life do you need to change the way you base your opinion about music forever? Ten minutes.

Sometimes, changing your life is only a matter of ten minutes.

Unless I'm missing something , i seem to have a mispressed / mislabelled copy of this release , everything is 100% identical to the above release but label 'this side' is on the side with 2 tracks and the label 'other side' is on the title track side. Has anyone seen this before or is there a known listing to cater for this ?

A thin outer sleeve that is too small for the inner sleeve. I hate that.

I have a release that matches this content (e.g. Dark Entries demo) but with dead wax info that matches the first press without the demo. plus some differences, as below:
Matrix / Runout (Side A, Runout, Etched): TEENY 2A 1 EG LYN 8632
Matrix / Runout (Side B, Runout, Etched): TEENY 2-B C.P GERRY-O [stamped] TOWN HOUSE
Should this be a new entry?
