Sound is great to me, vinyl is flat, no noise, no pops and clean.
For 17.99€ it's a great deal.

There are 3 editions of the repress, based on location. All have the same upc, so manufacturer will be the only way to distinguish without opening. Geffen=US, Interscope=EU, Universal=Hong Kong. So far, the HK version seems to be the rarest.

Ok so first. Yes it is an excellent reissue. There's an obvious remaster here. Made by Bernie Grundman judging by the etching on deadwax. The pressing itself is really good and quiet with very low surface noise. On the DL coupon, there's a code to download the HD digital version of the LP which includes 88.2 KHz / 24 Bits WAV files that sound much more superior compared to the original CD. The vinyl record here sounds even better than this. Less compressed, wider stereo separation and more details in the high and low ends which makes me think that it was (maybe) directly sourced from the original tapes.
