What an absolutely lovely and refined collection of classically-inspired music. Side A is wonderful classical music. The string quartet versions of the tracks are downright gorgeous, and all of the compositions are beautiful pieces of greatness. Side B introduces some funky rock music that is also classically inspired, although the classical influence there is not quite as obvious.

The album cover may be one of the strangest in library music, but don't let that scare you away. Beneath the surface you will find some amazing music on this LP.

Highly recommended for fans of classical and contemporary classical, as well as funky '80s library rock. 5 out of 5!
