If you like Substrata/Dropsonde period Biosphere you will warm to the style appearing here. Mr. Jenssen has subtly altered his methods and subsequent results over the intervening years with the resultant Biosphere 'sound' veering into different sublimatory territories. Results have been variable, but this I like a lot. At first I was not so sure of the Deathprod stuff, but deciding to explore his back catalogue have come to appreciate that also. A split that widens my horizons and gets to throw light and shade into the ambient mix. Spangles vs Ink cloud sums it up for me and stands repeat playing really well.

Geir Jenssens collaborations with Deathprod are beautifully craftes exercises between Dark and Alienated! Stator is nothing less that that.
