Is this version really remastered? It has the same catalog number (FB5168) as the one in the "Complete Edition" box...

Are we talkin here about the true instrumentals (without any vocal hooks/choruses) or are they just a collection of the already existing instrumentals (TV-tracks)???

This is not a limited edition! Limited quantities available. Some submitters are goin´ in the dark and have no idea what is the difference between limited edition and limited quantities. But that´s discogs what it is ;-)

Does this have the Album Instrumental of Buck Em Down or it is the Remix Instrumental again?

Where is the Buck Em Down (Instrumental)? The Remix (Instrumental) is already on the 12" so why have that instead of the OG Instrumental?

Why is the beginning of the I Gotcha Opin (Instrumental) cut off slightly? Poor quality control.

Why is there such a difference in volume on the instrumentals? Some are louder than others? Poor Quality control.

If you already have Enta Da Stage & Diggin' In Da Vaults the Instrumentals are the only real selling point and you fucked that up.

Glad I didn't buy a copy!

I just got hold of a sealed copy that fits the criteria of the 1999 repress, but on heavy vinyl. It's quiet in places but no buzzing as mentioned in another post. I'm suprised it was never originally pressed on 2 xLp as it's over 50 mins long. An all time classic

Can someone please tell me if the sound quality of this press is supposed to be buzzy/static as hell.
I bought an NM copy and the buzzing sound is off the rails.. I've cleaned it with static cleaner, still no change.

Bought my copy in 93' & have it in front of me. Regarding re-presses, the differences are obvious from the label scans- there are no barcodes nor anything other than the Wreck 'flying bullets' character logo & black text on yellow on the OG labels, nor the thick black double headed arrow that runs round the outside of the labels on some nervous/Wreck re-issues. The hand etchings in the dead wax are as above. Hard to tell from the sleeve due to not knowing what the re-presses look like, although usually the art is scanned & lesser in quality. All official releases including the OG have been pressed in the same way from the same plates- all will need cranking up a notch & are very quiet pressings. Bear in mind if ordering a VG or VG+ copy that marks from needles will overpower the music easily. Same fate suffered by De La Soul's '3 Feet High & Rising' & early ATCQ/Jungle Brothers albums, and classics on the 'Loud' (ha ha really?) Label (Wu-Tang Clan/Beatnuts e.t.c.) If this had been a loud, deep groove pressing, it would be beyond the perfect album. As it is, its still a stone cold classic & for me, one of 93's true golden nuggets.
