MOV does not print without permission and usually improves the original masters thanks to its own sound engineers who create a master specifically for the Vinyl version. In the 90s the prints were bad for various reasons (the collapse of the black record market) and luckily someone took them seriously. Reprints MOV for ever.

I'm curious regarding the MOV copy of the self-titled...how do you know it wasn't authorized by the band? The only reference I can find about it not being authorized by the band is from you(apextheory.) Not trying to stir anything up, I'm just curious as to where you got this information. I just picked up the MOV version in silver marble today and it sounds pretty amazing.

I have a handful of the MOV releases and they're all incredible pressings and of the highest sound quality. I can't imagine them putting out a copy of an album by a band that wasn't authorized by the band. I have found nothing in reference to this by the band on their website, blog, or FB page. Nor have they mentioned anything regarding putting out their official version.

Again, I'm just curious as to where this info can be found.

Thanks.
