This version of Parallel Lines is terrible. I bought it because my 1978 vinyl of this album is a bit worn down (it was the first vinyl I ever bought and it's definetely the one I played most often). But the '78 version still sounds much better than this 2000 release!

Superb! Super high fidelity, and crystal clear sound. I only wish it came with the original inner sleeve with lyrics. Otherwise, money well spent and happy to add this to my collection. Fade away...

The 2000 Simply Vinyl release should be avoided. It is truly awful. Flat and noisy, and the jacket is the most flimsy I've run across. I think they spent more on the jacket protector than the actual pressing.
