Huge track back in its day, the "Razor Boy & Mirror Man" mix being the lead version with its strong breakbeat intro that drops into the rumbling bassline, as the track builds and progresses it is layered with a multitude of samples over the infectious groove, big track back in its day & worth a lsiten for any old school fan.
The "Acid" mix is also worth checking out with its driving acid groove - but again is layered with different samples.

A side has a sample from Twin Peaks' soundtrack :) it goes great with the entire track.

Terrible pressing. Stick with the Rabbit City * 001 release unless if you just have to have the Unity megamix. Yet then again, if you like Unity megamixes, get the Hit The Decks CD set and you'll be good.

The best mix is certainly the acid mix. Perfect mixture of subtle, hypnotic, swirling, tweetering 303. Light vocal samples and slightly chopped up shuffle. Remixed and subsequently featured on the second Edge Records release.

The main or original mix, I was never a big fan of. The trumpets are just tacky as hell and the arrangement is overall inferior. The so called Electro mix is not aptly named whatsoever. It's just a mashup of the 'then' current rave tracks.

The best mixes of the lot are the ones on the first ever release on Rabbit City Records.

Pure 'ardkore from Altern 8, nasty breaks and even nastier riffs. They even throw in the Anasthasia / Frequency stab halfway through!

Sounds like it was produced on an Amiga 500+ around the back of a Stafford chippy at lunchtime, and all the better for it.

YOU KNOW THE SCORE!

Quality through and through. This has got to be one of the most versatile tracks out there. Can be dropped anytime in a set for a positive response (to transition to breaks, to step-up a house groove, to warm up a crowd, to cool-off a manic vibe). Essentially, it's a breaks tune but polished off with some sultry vocal samples and saxophone stabs. Most spotters head for the remix but the album version packs a punch of a slightly tighter feel.
