On label: Made in Holland.
No durations on label or cover.
“Cook and Greenaway's "Melting Pot" was released as Blue Mink's debut single, a plea for multi-racial harmony that reached number three in the U.K. that November. An album of the same title was released in the new year (1970), alongside the single "Good Morning Freedom" -- for reasons unknown, the single did not originally appear on the LP. However, its swift rise into the U.K. Top Ten prompted a rethink, and subsequent pressings packed it on board.

In my opinion this release has been wrongfully added to this master release. The album in my collection with these 2 cat. numbers is simply called “Blue Mink”, both on the cover and on the labels. Furthermore is has a completely different track list and should therefore submitted as a new release.

Titled for the group's third hit single, Blue Mink's second album, Our World (U.S. title Real Mink) was released in September 1970.”
