Is the Dub copy included in this release? I have a sound system copy of both the vocal and dub version of the record. The dub version was pressed with the same label but is rarely seen with a cover. My cover is a Soul Revolution Part 2 cover with dub notes from Scratch on the sleeve. I can post pictures / details but am not sure if it should be a separate release page.

The copy I have is from URTI an obscure Canadian company (URTI 403
). I'll get around to adding it.

Following on from "Soul Rebels" again they team up with producer Lee Scratch Perry. This is the last work they did with him and the album includes several songs that were re-recorded and re-released once they had signed with Island Records. The contrast in production between these and the later versions is interesting. The sound quality on my version isn't too hot but that doesn't really dampen my appreciation too much. The style is similar to "Soul Rebels" and "The Best of the Wailers" but I don't think the selection of tunes is a strong as either of those two albums. That said there are still some great songs on here, I really like this version of "Satisfy My Soul" (Don't Rock My Boat), "Stand Alone" is very tender, and I would recommend the album to anyone.

Note that a few of these releases - those marked "dub" and "rhythm" - are actually instrumental versions of the album. They should probably be merged with the CD of "Upsetter Revolution Rhythm," which is the instrumental album with an extra track or two.
