Bobby Mack's first big break came in 1969, when he was signed to a recording contract with Alibi Records. His first recording was the Ballad of Jimmy Clark. His record soared to number one in many parts of the country and in Europe. The record can now be found at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame.
