Together with Kraft - Mysteries of the Sacred Universe, this is the best dark album of the year.

There are no bad tracks here, and a few standouts depending on your interests. #9 is a very interesting, its basic sound structure is more like some kind of wierd progressive, but the sounds used are very much from the dark repertoire. A very accessible piece.

The best track here, however, is #7 Schroedinger's Equation. As far as squelchy and technical dark goes (as opposed to the more horror-themed style), it doesn't get much better than this. This track clearly shows the artist's style of almost-melodic rhythmic structures, and the album in its totality is as melodic as I have heard a dark album be, without actually being melodic (make no mistakes, there are no melodies).

Highest of marks, and a clear recommendation to anyone interested in dark or in new musical experiences.
