Pretty eclectic compilation, but lacks cohesion. Tracks are so different and relatively short that you don't get the feel you're listening to a whole, but instead a fragmented mess. There are some inspired moments and after a while it grows on you. I'm blown away with first track "Gluckskugel - Title", sad it's shortest one. Trumpets sound like shrieking messengers of apocalypse and the chords they play never stop to amaze me. "The Race" has nice synth-groove but it goes nowhere, only few FX spice it here and there. "Les electroniciens" is psychedelic rock interleaved with odd and outdated effects that destroy the flow. "Soft Art Theme" sounds most serious and sensuous, it has organic plucky sounds and sparse, mysterious atmosphere, but it lacks some kind of climax or resolution. "Lilith - On the Way" has nice moments, if only solo synth wouldn't noodle so much.

Inquisitive library-music lovers should give it a chance.
