This has to be the worst music Burt Bacharach has ever written. Hal David's lyrics? Putrid.
The film is a horror show, which takes Frank Capra's classic and turns it into a hippy dippy musical. It is God awful.
Easily the low point in the career of Bacharach. In short, this album makes an excellent frisbee.
