love this record. around this time the bushwacka was absolutely on fire (imo) rocking out the freshest tech house and breaks tracks. i still keep this 12 in my current pile as it is a mf anthem although of course the bpms are a bit much. the beats start dark, heavy and pumping and builds with some lovely fucky bongo percussion before breaking into the classic vocal. used to really rock the club when we played it and is an example of 'tech house' when it was the fresh london sound, the best of house with the best of techno, a fresh modern european groove. although i think tech house is now just house and there are so many mediocre tracks out there that to describe something as tech house means very little. a dj like von stroke could still destroy a club with this track.

Bushwacka's 4 da Night is an invitation to a smooth progressive trip in the middle of the dancefloor.
With great Yolanda's vocal sampled from 1991 Underground Resistance hit, Living For The Night, when Jeff Mills shows his incredible capacity to touch crowd's soul.
Try it with your eyes closed. You really gonna want to live for the night.
