Please keep in mind if the disc face does not look exactly like it is shown in the images
( )
Then it is fake.

The disc has black thermal printing on it with the catalog 'HTR-102p'
The insert is 2 panels on regular copy paper. (2 sided only/the inside of the insert is left blank)
The insert was never a thicker glossy paper or single paneled.
It was released in a slimline jewel case.

Possibly a joint label release between Eastern Conference and High Times Records.
It was only distributed by Sandbox automatic, never through eBay officially or at Cage shows.

Only officially sold in 2002 as a promotional CDr for the Movies For The Blind album (cat: HTR-102)

Most of the key points above are verified by Cage.
It is only speculation that this was a joint release between the two said labels.
