When this came out it put a deep house perspective on already popular selling genre; I remember seeing the 5xVinyl in the shelf along with the Just Fine EP. Story goes Calibre gave over something like 200 tracks for the LP and half of them still aren't released although a handful appeared on the Shelflife Vol 1 and 2 LPs; still, loads from this era of his early housey material to see the light of day. This LP just doesn't age, if anything as i've grown older it's grown on me as when you're young the complex grooves appealed to the more mature listener.

Brilliant masterpiece, and since then been my personal hero in music in general.

this guy sets the standard in d & b no question & to think this lp was made on a very basic set up says even more about it. I always used to look forward to Fabio's radio 1 shows cause he had all the latest Calibre plates & it was fun to see which tunes would be on this LP! Up there in the top 5x d & b LP's to date.

a comment - not a i would be here all day praising him and paying homage!!!!

what i want to know is does anybody have a clue if some of his album contributions are going to be pressed on vinyl? e.g. Say if you Love off the Musique Concrete album.

Dom, doubtful, but if you ever read this, please put some of your CD album contributions out on vinyl!!!!!
