Solid Centre variant:

NB: "Moonchild" c/w "Frying Pan" was the 2nd single released in USA in 1966 and the 2nd single released in the UK, but backed with "Who Do You Think You're Fooling." (Which was the B-side of "Diddy Wah Diddy" and the 1st single released in the USA!)

Three variants exist (as well as a 7" Acetate) all pressed at Pye Studios with mastering by Tony Bridge in the Neumann Suite. This 'solid-centre' variant and 2 x 4-prong 'push-out' variants - One an Advance/Promo with a 'yellow' A&M label and the other a 'tan' A&M Stock copy. All are now subbed in Discogs.

(Runouts indicate Pye Studios, with mastering by Tony Bridge in the Neumann Suite).
No other credits, but likely distributed in UK by Pye Records (Sales) Ltd. and pressed by Tranco Ltd.
