This was originally pressed using an LP transfer from the Thai vinyl. Someone in Thailand copied the LP using a REEL to REEL and took the reel to the USA. Therefore this pressing is essentially a copy of a record playing on a turntable. The band never actually met Paredon or did a deal with them directly, it was someone who knew the band and gave Paredon a copy of the vinyl LP on reel format. This is why the CD release on Folkways still has clicks and pops, it was before restoration was an option
