The ambitious Peter Herbolzheimer tried his hand at all sorts of jazz based projects, aside from his Rhythm Combination & Brass, like the more psych brass-rock of Free Orbit and this diverse international project. Here we have a number of well-known 60's pop songs, soul and jazz numbers, all given a "special treatment" amounting to easy listening brassy jazz with a psychedelic feel, it's quite soundtracky and with some Latino flavours, close to some of the Paul Nero Sounds albums.
