I just listened to this tune,, what a diamond! I can't believe the low ratings for this tune, it's awesome....... It has a nice discrete intro loop, a non-offensive kik which allows it to mix well into any set, and a gorgeous little synth loop which makes everyone smile, as well as a sweet trancey 303. Of course the star of this tune is the legendary Bill Hicks. What a guy, what glorious samples - "We're rock stars against drugs, 'cus that's what george bush would want", "soul-less talentless suckers of satan's cock", "any performer who sells a product on television is for now and all eternity removed from the artistic world. I don't care if you shit 'Mona-lisa's' out of your ass on cue, you've made your fucking choice". 'You da man' Bill Hicks, England misses you. Simple as that......

'King of comedy' is a great record with the samples from the legendary and now sadly deceased 'BILL HICKS' ("drugs have done great things......"), taken from one his live shows. . It also has a really nice cheeky synth sound going most of the way through, and a slightly trancy 303 meaning that it mixes nicely with trance and (acid)techno tunes. I am suprised at the low ratings for this tune,, as it really is a classic,, even just for the sample. Thanks Bill Hicks,, you will be missed.
