There seems to be a bit of confusion over this release. As far as I can tell, here is the chronology:

The ORIGINAL release was a 1970 U.K. pressing on Harvest Records, cat. # SHSP 4009. The EMI/Harvest logo is on the front cover, lower left. The LP came in what was then a standard Harvest inner sleeve: poly-lined paper, with other Harvest releases advertised. Apparently, there are at least 2 U.K. pressings, one with the "boxed" EMI logo on the record label, and an earlier version with no EMI logo on the label. The Harvest U.K. record apparently was pressed in small-ish quantities, was not very popular, was quickly deleted and is rare. This pressing has popped up for sale on Ebay several times and generally sells for between $50 & $100 USD.

Apparently the album was first released in the U.S. on Sire Records in 1976, cat. # SASD-7518. The Sire logo replaces the EMI Harvest logo on the front cover, lower left, and the label is the standard, yellow Sire label of the time.

SR-6004, then, is a re-issue of the re-issue.
