This record is criminally overlooked in the history of drum & bass. Pete Parsons takes the helm as producer for Slipmaster J, for a track laden with eastern influences and intricate programming.

Clearly Pete Parsons was a master of the effects processor at this point; the congas have incredible reverb and delay effects, and, further into the track, the congas pan to the left and right speakers.

This track really is a showcase for the production skills of Pete Parsons, and is a mysterious and intriguing piece of music. It's so under-rated it's unbelievable.
