Although many pieces sound like they are on Gelb there are only 2 pieces in common, of which one is a different mix and the other is only an extract on Gelb. There is nothing in common with "Slow Motion" although there are similar tracks and theme variations.

The Bureau B track titles all seem to be nonsense. The material largely dates from 1974/75. I would guess that unique tracks (1,3,7) on that date from 1977/78 at the time of recording Con. Nothing here sounds like Con of 1980, as at that time he was mainly using his new Korg MS system.
