The first pressing of this album was done with 500 copies only by Celtic Circle Productions / Khazad-Dum Records for Memento Materia as official label before Covenant left to Off Beat Records.

Can someone tell me if the mastering to Swedish CD is same as US or German issue?

This version of DoaC is almost identical to the original Swedish and German versions, except that the stellar track "Void" was replaced with the trite "Painamplifier". While the former was an excellent example of Covenant's older works, the latter is nothing more than a waste of cd space. It is short, repetitive, and sounds completely out of place in relation to the rest of the tracks - as if it would belong better on a rhythmic noise record than an ebm one. It's too bad the band allowed Metropolis to do this, as it sullies a once-perfect Covenant album. Other than this low point on the American version, DoaC is an amazing album.

Easily the best effort by Sweden's Covenant. The music is a lot darker and harder than most, if not all, of their releases that came after it. Unlike said newer releases, the music is the focus here, not the vocals and the lyrics. The only track i'm not too fond of is the last one: "Cryotank Expansion". It's just one long pointless "song" (26 minutes of ambient soundscapes) which doesn't really fit the rest of the album. Very good overall though.
