Pulver Records is proud to present the musical work of one of the biggest names of the scene.  Brooklyn, NYC based DJ Angola built his turntablist reputation through his diverse sets. Mixing smoothly through Funk/ Samba/ Hip Hop/ Afrobeat/ Disco/ House sounds to his own original tracks and remixes, he has moved club goers around the world. He's become a DJ favourite of the fashion world DJing shows, nights, and opening parties for Yves Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana, Beyonce Knowles, Donatella Versace, Usher, Vanity Fair, Elle, Naomi Cambell, Gucci, Missy Elliott, Isaac Mizrahi, Ben Stiller, Wunderkind, G Star, Grace Jones, U2, Elle, Playboy, Jennifer Lopez, Tommy Hilfiger and many, many others.
“Rock this” is an uptempo masterpiece featuring NYC Hip Hop artist “Jemini the gifted one”. “Je Ka Lo” is an Afro house shaker featuring vocalist Amayo in a DJ Smash remix (over 30 remixes and 75 original released productions to his credit, working with the likes of Roy Ayers, Herbie Hancock, Towa Tei, Guru and Donald Byrd among others). “East river drive” features Sugarman 3’s Neil Sugarman (Sax and Flute) Todd Simons (Trumpet) and John Paul Keenon (Percussion).

Being a multi-instrumentalist, he's currently working on his own productions which feature collaborations with members of Fania All Stars, Sugarman 3, Zion I, Anti-pop Consortium, Orchestra Mata Buena, as well as vocalists' Kemdi, Amayo, Lisa Shaw (Naked), Jephte' Guilliome (Spiritual life), Sharon Jones (Dap Kings), and others.
