I couldn't agree more with the previous comment. Whether it's the sample architecture or the samples themselves, Laurent's signature just seeps from both of these tracks. It's a pitty really that very little credit for Jurgen Leyers' tracks seem to find its way to one of the most prolific artists in the industry. I've always been curious as to how much influence he's really had under this alias.

Definitely my biggest highlight of 2007. Both tracks are outstanding and you can clearly hear Laurent Véronnez's touch on both these tracks. The a-side 'Let The Joy Rise' can be both touching and uplifting at the same time, where Midnight In Beijing is all about getting you in the most uplifting state of trance you'll ever been into. The melody is created with such passion, and love that i can't breathe at some times hearing it. I can say that i absolutely love Midnight in Beijing and it will go easily in my small book of best trance productions ever. What a sublime production!
