WICKED TUNE,, SAMPLES FROM THE FILM , LOST BOYS... The only other dj that sampled cry little sister song, was dj hixxy on his raverbaby label. both versions are top notch. Got my copy direct from kniteforce after ringing them up to see if they had any copy's left, they sent me a promo copy, just paper sleeve, white both sides.

yes indeed....a trip back in time! Lost Boys, corker of a film....very Eighties! :P

This however, very much the Nineties! The main tune is similiar and has a darker sound than the boys went on to produce later with their Happy Hardcore anthemic approach. Something more akin to the dark Junglish sound that was doing the rounds then.....good solid track nonetheless.

However flip it over and get ready! The builds to the Lost Boys sampling crunching breakbeat fest are wild and wicked, with lots of "aaarggh" like sounds lifted directly from the film (at a guess..), dark pulsing sounds and FX and then into the main theme breakdowns with great whizzing like sounds in between; a psychedelic dive into the maelstrom that was Hardcore at this period and a slight obsession with Mainstream Horror movie sampling (although Lost Boys was a more Comedic/Action Horror movie really...).

Wicked idea and injected with aplomb! Well done boys......bloodsuckingly lovely!!
