Digital Overkill was by and large, a pretty terrible label. Most of its output was at best generic, at worst badly made. But this record is the exception.

For one thing, the tracks in this EP are pretty original - the kickdrums are almost reminiscent of Frenchcore, but with a strong gabber feel to it. The production isn't exactly polished, but it all fits together rather wonderfully. The standout is definitely "Suicide", a Full Metal Jacket sampling track that was caned by DJ Scorpio around the time it came out. "Tell me how much you like it!"

It's a shame there isn't more like this on the label. But if you can find it, it is definitely a lost classic worth digging for.
