Man, All Over (My Face)! was EVERYWHERE in Chicago back in '95. Even techno heads were sampling that loop (IE Frankie Bones Luv Dance: )
Funny thing is I don't remember hearing Carlos play it too much after it actually hit the record store... Go figure. :)

"All Over (My Face)" is one of Sneak's disco cut ups that samples Loose Joint's "Is It All Over My Face". Throw in a funky trackhead groove and you got the makings of a dancefloor bomb!
