When I got my current DH collection signed I asked about why there was th1ee versions. First, was the 5" vinyl limited to 50, one second was cut off of their track and they didn't like it so they put it on cd. They took the same exact art from the vinyl and put it in a cheap plastic case. They didn't like the case and how it held the cd, so they repressed it to this final pressing.
