Darshan were wonderful in plunging the reader into alienating sci-fi worlds, but they were less good with beat in my opinion. A continuous, unvarying stumping beat is their usual thing. This, however, has enough acidic weirdness and breakbeat going on above the groove to hold the listener's attention. ~*~

This single was a new direction for Darshan. It does follow their usual sound in that it is acid psy techno; it doesn't follow along in that it's tweaked-out and squelchy! Their older releases all had the drive and the drums that they were known for, but this one is special. It jogs alongside and closely behind the Mind Merge single on Flying Rhino.
