Waiting for a vinyl comp that dumps Dancing In The Street and includes 'All The Young Dudes' and 'Loving The Alien'.

Lousy pressing quality. Bought it factory sealed. Vinyl dirty all over, fingerprints on every side, hailines and fine scratches!!! Two skips on two different sides. I have no idea how such stuff can be sold! Beware of buying this crap!

Nice compilation adding to a sea of Bowie compilations that incorporates the very latest superior remasters of his most popular favorites into one 2LP release (seems really similar to the Nothing Has Changed track list). I went to the "David Bowie Is" exhibit in Brooklyn this year, and it was amazing, but the problem was it was not clear which room to go into next, and your impression of his career retrospective could jump around wildly from 60s to 90s to 00s back to 70s if you get lost... this grab bag of songs reminds me of that. There seems to be some kind of logic to the song order, but I can't figure it out. You'd be hard pressed to find a better group of five songs on a side of a record anywhere than those on Side 2, which includes "The Man Who Sold The World," a big reason I even bought this release, as that song is hard to find on vinyl outside the full album it appears on.

Nice Compilation, Shame they didn't also produce a deluxe 4xLP box set or gatefold to include all the tracks released on the CD issue..
