The Man Who Sold The World TV-Special, recorded in Bremen for the TV program "Musikladen Extra" on May 30 1978. This recording is quite famous and has been released several times on different bootleg labels.
The musicians are credited on the sleeve as "The Orchestra", but the band introduction (during the performance itself) specifies what instruments they are actually playing.
Bowie either forgets to introduce some of his musicians, or maybe part of the band introduction was cut out of the actual broadcast.
Track A1 is titled "Intro" but is in fact a live performance of "Sense Of Doubt" from "Heroes" (1977).
Track A2 should have been titled "Beauty And The Beast" (without "The").
Track A3 should been titled "Heroes" (the "-" are part of the original title).
Track B1 is misspelled. The title should be "The Jean Genie".
Track B2 is incorrect. It should have been "TVC 15".
Track B4 should have been titled "Rebel Rebel" (without the , between those two words).
