Great tune. I remember first hearing this in Gros Islet, St. Lucia every Friday through a huge street sound system that was paid for by the government so that the people could unwind after a hard week at work, quality street party, everyone was involved, locals, tourists, the lot! (UK leaders take note!) The music on this record was lifted practically note for note from the classic Joe Gibbs LP "African Dub Almighty, Chapter 4" the track in question is "Behind Iron Bars" Check the horns, hear the piano, feel the bass-line, you just knew this was special and had to have come from a golden, bygone era. Just add Dawn's beautiful vocals and Boomshanka! instant hit.
