There are two editions of Cathedral Of Tears:
the 1st pressing bears the "original" version of Brown Book, which is from 1987, clocks in at about 4:26 and is known as the "Totenkopf 6 Version", as this edition of Cathedral Of Tears bears the Totenkopf 6 logo on its disc. This edition and its repress are listed here on discogs.
Another edition of Cathedral Of Tears, which is not listed here on discogs, bears a re-done version of Brown Book, which is from 1998, clocks in at about 4:52 and is known as the "Whiphand 6 Version", as this edition of Cathedral Of Tears bears the Whiphand 6 logo on its disc. Yet it isn't stated anywhere on the release that this version of Brown Book is different to the one included in the predecessing editions of Cathedral Of Tears.
Both versions of Brown Book can be found on the 30th anniversary edition of Cathedral Of Tears, which was released on vinyl in 2012 on New European Recordings.

Track 9 of the german cd edition isn't "Brown Book", it's a different version of "Brown Book (Re-Read)".
