I have a copy which appears to be UK first press but the gatefold doesn’t have an envelope opening...were some produced without the envelope or is it not what it appears-ie some other pressing...?

Can someone elaborate on what "envelope sleeve" means? Thanks in advance!

I just picked up a near mint promo copy of this at my local vinyl store for $3.99. SCORE!! Everything included. Dead stinkin quiet, too. Also had the privilege to see the Pine Knob (Detroit) show in 88". So did my wife, 2 years before we met. I will never forget Martin dangling his feet over the stage singing Things You Said. They also played Nothing - one of my favorite DM tunes. Still have my ticket stub.
