The vocal sample at the start of the track Desert Storm, is taken from a CNN live report from an under assault Baghdad during the first Gulf War. The reporter was the New Zealand born war correspondent, Peter Arnett, who also covered the Vietnam war extensively.

Whoever it was at Plastic City that signed up this tune and got Thorsten Adler & Thomas Wedel (aka AwEX) to remix it, deserved a pay rise!

Thorsten & Thomas took a fairly innocuous tech-house track and turn it into an epic acid trance groover that sits perfectly alongside Hardfloor type material. In particular, watch out for the wicked breakdown featuring an eerie broken up Gulf War news report, after which the track comes racing back for further mayhem.

Peak time material.
