This release is fantastic and has proven its self to be timeless. Being released in 1999, I wonder if it might not have been properly received by the listening community; at the time of its release. All three tracks are epic!
Track one is a pumping classic of drone and kick. It can be played at dinner, peak time or after hours. Additionally, you can play side A at half speed and it becomes a mello minimal-monster.
Side 2 is nothing but climax and groove. Lovely sounds and rhythm evenly flow to create super psychedelic music.
Dettinger is truly a man of style and audio grace.

In my oppinion this is an outstanding release on Kompakt. My favorite track is B1 - timeless minimalistic techno as played by Richie Hawtin at BBC Radio 1. It's so amazing when this bassdrum kicks the floor in some Basic Channel alike soundscapes. Also the other tracks are fantastic mind-blowing tunes.
