The release features recordings from the first six "teatime" events between November 1995 and April 1996 at the 'Schmuckkästchen'/Stadtgarten, Cologne, initiated and organized by the Cologne based musicians Dirk Raulf and Frank Schulte. Recorded live, some tracks were additionally processed in the studio.

Packaged in a grey cardboard sleeve (15 x 13 cm), containing the CD, a folded triple info sheet with liner notes, track lists and credits, plus 9 postcards designed by artists.
