They're all names of hospitals....Rottenrow was the maternity hospital, the redlands was a women's hospital, and the general - or the southern general - is just a hospital.

Pointless trivia....but it makes no difference, this 12" still rocks no matter what.

Get out yer electro rave Hoovers! Glasgow's finest, John Clarke (of those cheeky indie poppers Bis) gives it big stadium electro.

If there was a tear up in a pub car park between this and Vitalec's 'Pony EP' Dirty Hospital would win any day - probably by smashing a bottle of Irn Bru against a wall and lunging threateningly towards the Gigolo superstar - 'nae contest' as they say!

*Rotten Row is the name of the old Sick Children's Hospital in Glasgow - I think.
