bands, when will you learn that once your vocalist bails, your band is over?
with this new vocalist,... the singing sounds like every other generic power-metal band now.
ZP's vocals were different enough to stand out (while seeming fairly standard somehow), but now with the new singer, the band is clearly trying to cover up his vocals with backup singing all over the place and the change is really obvious and unfortunate.

very very bland compared to the previous 4 albums they released. it just seems really uninspired.
it might be passable if you've never heard DragonForce before, but as a big DF fan, this album didn't grab me at all.
didn't hold me attention or get me pumped at all.
even the solos and shredding seem lifeless on this album.
