This record was routinely distributed among the radio stations before the LP's were released to the public and than given to the record stores to promote Led Zeppelin's very first Lp. This Promo Lp has 4 songs from Led Zeppelin's first Lp and on the other side 4 songs by Dusty Springfield Lp titled Dusty In Memphis. Also this Lp was distributed to the record stores exactly when Zeps first Lp came out or shortly before so customers inside the store could hear it playing over the store's record player speakers. They thought if people heard the record before buying it they would definately buy there own copy of the Lp. It probably worked :-)

The songs on The Led Zeppelin side are as follows:
Song 1 Good Times Bad Times
Song 2 Babe I'm Gonna Leave You
Song 3 Your Time Is Gonna Come
Song 4 Communication Breakdown.

The song titles on the Dusty Springfield side are:
Song 1 Son Of A Preacher Man
Song 2 I Don't Want To
Song 3 Breakfast In Bed
Song 4 Windmills Of Yur Mind.

A Very neat thing about this record is that before each Led Zeppelin song, there is a man's voice that appears and has a short advertisement of each song before play. Also has same voice on Dusty Springfield side. For example this cheesy narrator who sounds a bit like Troy McClure saying things between tracks like "You are listening to the Led Zeppelin and they are gonna leave you Dazed and Confused" or "You'll Be Flying High with The Led Zeppelin" or before the song Your Time Is Gonna Come "The Led Zeppelin will Take You On A Trip You Will Never Forget", then the song begins to play, it all sounds quite fun with these zany introductions to each track.
