I hear this track played more now than I ever did in the 80s. Kids know Cube and Dre and want to know who EZ was etc. But when this record came out, it did nothing. The sounds were 2-5 years behind the times. Everyone else was already sampling. Nothing against it, but looking back at the time, it’s amazing how quickly hip-hop changed in the 80s.

Could someone please let me know what makes this a mispress?

The A side on my press has a fuzzy hiss on "s" sounds, which was still present after cleaning. B Side is fine. Probably an error made when it was pressed or cut. For the price compared to an original it's still a no brainer and I can live with it. That minor issue is the only thing that keeps my rating from being a full 5 stars, because it's still an awesome single and I'd still have paid the same price had I known about this imperfection before I bought it.

Very good reissue. It's sounds really good and the 808 bass too! A deep sound.
This reissue is great for the people who find the expensive original pressing.

Eazy, you're the best!
