Absolutely groundbreaking release! This is the peak of when Optical was doing things that reached beyond the bondaries of production. Sattelites is a pure example of how to keep a tune interesting. The movement in the midrange bass is constant throughout the tune and makes you think to yourself "how did he manipulate the bass like that???" I will be trying to answer that question until the day I knock out a similar tune!! Highly recommend this release to any lovers of the techstep era as its a pure example of how far into the future this sound was beginning to reach! I actually recently knocked out a tune with a mate as we were both aiming for a similar vibe to Satellites.
