Notes

Sleeve notes as follows:
------------------------
The choir was formed in 1965 and performed in Eisteddfods in Darwin and also toured to WA. Those with a keen eye will be able to pick out Dhangal Gurruwiwi (Djalu's sister) on the cover, as well as other characters such as George Rrurrambu (of Warumpi band fame) and others
When the elcho island Junio choir was formed, its function was to participate on alternate Sundays with the senior Choir in church worship. After success in the 1965 Darwin Eisteddfod the Methodist Overseas Mission produced a small record of the Choir through the W&G Melbourne-based record company. After gaining success in the 1966 and 1967 Eisteddfods and a concert tour of Western Australia in 1967, they were featured by the ABC on Community Hymn Singing. The Perth tour saw the formation of the smaller Touring Choir.
