As per the norm on this site, every man and his dog adding their own copy
as the original (i.e. debut year of it's issue).

One criteria I have not seen mentioned as yet:
the Booklet of the first pressing is of textured paper, and the final page includes the printer's name: Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. This should help those from suffering the wrath
of the mix 'n' match brigade :)
