Most of my copy sounds amazing, but some limited bad sibilance/blow out during Everything Merges With the Night on side 2. I tried cleaning but it appears to be from the pressing or mix. Have to turn the volume down during that song. Otherwise such an amazing record, it deserves a quiet listen.

Love the sound quality overall-a nice upgrade from my used EG Editions Copy. However, the inner groove vox on “Everything Merges with the Night” are kind of dicey. It doesn’t seem like standard IGD (my old copy suffered from a prior owner’s setup) as my setup is well-adjusted; it’s like as the vocals get a little more forward in the mix, it causes pops in the left channel-kinda weird, tbh, as “I’ll Come Running” essentially plays flawlessly. Still a solid experience overall though.

Yep just got this recently and can confirm it is a quiet pressing with some nice bass tones there and a retro sound, rather than some of the recent remasters which are too loud and harsh.

The tone is perfect. It's a shallow mastering, not loud whatsoever. My copy was covered in dirt, mostly white paper dust. But after two vacuum cleanings, there was still a lot of pops and crackle -- maybe debris pressed into the shallow grooves, or a tired plate from the end of the run. Subbed out the generic inner sleeve right away for plastic.
Update: after another cleaning, some of the pops are gone. This is the second-most warped record in my collection (the stylus lifting 3 or 4 mm each rev), which is probably due to the shop where I got it. My first-most warped was purchased at the same time.

bought this record the other day, I was a little concerned based on the reviews here and on Amazon about side two and warping. Happy to report that my copy is perfect, sounds exceptional all the way through. Really glad I didn't shell out for the 45 repress.

Sound is good but I had to exchange my original copy due to a skip right at the beginning of Little Fishes. New copy sounds great and is not warped.

Mine has obvious non-fill on side B and a dish warp. But the cut itself sounds great.
