This is one of the best albums ever recorded into vinyl in music history. The sound is pure magic, brilliant and clean. A masterpiece in sound engineering. As a DJ playing with vinyl from 70's back era, I use this album to set up the equipment due to it's predominance of bass, drums and percussion. Living in Brazil I got the Brazilian pressing of this album, miraculously well made pressing manufactured by Musidisc.

While I was pretty skeptical after seeing 2/3rds of the rear cover given over to sales spiel, I will say the 35mm magnetic tape recording technology is hi-fi to my ears, and it's audible on a clean copy of this album, a lot of detail to hear. The production conventions are paleolithic, with hard stereo pans and so forth, but it comes up as precious, and forgivable given all the clean detail and no source tape hiss...
